EU Directive 2023/2673 legal requirement requires online customers to be able to cancel or withdraw from an order through a process that is just as straightforward as the original purchase. For Magento 2 stores serving customers in the EU, this extension provides an easy way for customers to withdraw their orders.
The Withdrawal Button extension adds a dedicated withdrawal option to your Magento 2 store, allowing customers to submit a withdrawal request directly from their account during the applicable withdrawal period. Customers can request withdrawal for an entire order or for individual products, depending on their needs.
The extension provides a simple process for customers to submit the withdrawal request. Once a request is submitted, automatic confirmation emails keep customers informed while providing merchants with a clear record of each request.
Requests can be reviewed and managed directly from the Magento Admin, reducing manual processing and eliminating the need for custom solutions.
Give Customers a Simple Way to Withdraw an Order
Customers can submit a withdrawal request directly through the website form without needing to contact your support team by phone, emails or messages. The extension provides a guided process that keeps the experience simple for customers while giving merchants the necessary records for compliance.
How the Process Works
Submit a Withdrawal Request
The customer selects the withdrawal button which navigates the user to a form where they can enter the order number they want to withdraw along with the associated E-Mail address.
Review Before Submission
The extension then validates the eligibility of the request using the order date and status and confirm the request submission
Receive Confirmation
Once the request is confirmed, the customer receives an automated email containing the withdrawal details, submission time, and a unique reference number.
