Edit Order for Magento2
Product specification
The Magento 2 Edit Order Extension from PIT Solutions allows you to modify any details about your customers' orders using your Magento 2 Admin. You can update the status of your order to the payment method your customers used to pay for their products, order notes, etc., all without creating a copy of an existing order and then cancelling that original copy before creating a new one.
The magento 2 edit order extension is very helpful in simplifying the order management by directly allowing changes in the existing orders. Without cancelling and creating we can edit order directly from order details page. This helps save time and avoids unnecessary duplication of order records.
This extension can help the admin to modify the order items, update both billing and shipping details and recalculate shipping charges if required. If an order is edited after an invoice has already been created, the extension automatically handles quantity changes by generating a credit memo for supported offline payment methods. This ensures that order and financial data remain consistent without manual intervention. Access control options allow store owners to define which admin roles are permitted to edit orders, providing better control and security within the admin panel. Visual enhancements such as grid color indicators based on order status, payment method, or customer group help admins quickly identify and manage orders across Orders, Invoices, Shipments, and Credit Memos.
Overall, this magento 2 edit order extension offers a practical and controlled way to manage order updates while maintaining accurate order history and improving admin efficiency.
